Standard US shipping is always free for orders over $75

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) of purchase. When your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. Tracking information is also accessible through your account, under Order History. 

For orders under $75 the shipping fee is a flat fee of $4.95

Returns

We offer hassle-free returns

Returns are easy and convenient! Free tracking is included for all addresses within the U.S.  Final sale items are not eligible for returns. To process a return, please follow the steps described below.

A $5.95 restocking fee applies per returned order.

1. Contact our helpdesk at help@gentrue.com and request your return label.

2. The items must be sent back in their new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery, with the tags attached. The items can be tried on, but not washed prior to the return, otherwise they will not be accepted. 

3. Repack items in their original packaging and seal securely with tape. 

4. Print your pre-paid Return Label and affix it to your package. Make sure to cover or remove any original shipping information.

5. Schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Allow 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt.

Frequently asked questions

If I pre-order a product when will I be charged?

Pre-ordering is a great way to partake in sustainable practices easily! You will be charged as soon as you checkout. All you have to do is sit back, relax and wait for your product!

How long will I have to wait if I pre-order something? How long will I have to wait for a normal order?

Normal orders take 3-7 days to get to you once shipped out! For pre-orders, it depends on the pre-order collection, but we will always specify on our Sustainable Ordering page. Pre-orders will typically be anywhere from 45-90 days in advance.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship domestically within the US, and to Canada. But, we are working towards shipping internationally as soon as we devise the most sustainable route!

What is sweat wicking?

Sweat wicking is the ability to move moisture and sweat away from our bodies, to the outer surface of fabric so it can evaporate. This keeps us dry, comfortable, and allows us to perform at our best. Our wicking tech is evolved by nature - innovative, and sustainable Activated Silk Technology to manage moisture.

I received an incorrect, incomplete or damaged order. What do I do? Help!
